In mid June 2024, the Southwest Regional Summary Meeting of Shandong Junhong Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of the Jianhui Project Department in Wuzhou, Guangxi. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Guoliang, Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager of the company. The meeting listened to the work reports of various project departments in the Southwest region in the first half of the year, and arranged and deployed the key points and tasks for the second half of the year. Vice General Managers Zhao Guoliang and Yu Kewei, Technical Advisor Ren Linyuan, General Office Director Wang Fengdi, Branch Secretary Li Xiangyang, Branch Operations Manager Yang Xinguang, and project department heads attended the meeting in person and via video.

At the meeting, the achievement of business management goals in the first half of the year by various project departments in the Southwest region was summarized and reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of business management and project management, as well as improvement methods, were analyzed. The highlights and characteristics of each project were showcased, technical experience was exchanged, and insights were shared.

Vice General Manager Zhao Guoliang, guided by the results and goals of the first half of the year, used data to explain in detail the work content and plan for the second half of the year from various aspects such as the completion of main business indicators and key issues, major achievements and shortcomings, and main goals for the second half of the year. Including project acceptance, construction output value, achievement of project target cost, settlement and payment targets and completion rate, proportion of each process output value, target value, customer satisfaction, etc. In the face of achievements and gaps, one should not be arrogant in victory, nor discouraged in defeat. Objectively analyze the shortcomings in goal setting, process control, resource allocation, and team building, and share work ideas and strategies, key measures, management experience, and precautions. Full recognition has been given to the work of the staff in various project departments and positions in the Southwest region in the first half of the year. At the same time, it is required that everyone not be complacent in the face of achievements, maintain their enthusiasm, face challenges without fear, and make unremitting efforts to fully achieve the annual work goals.

Interns Li Xue'an and Zhang Zhijie, representing the 2024 campus recruitment college students, attended the conference and shared their internship experiences, showcasing their growth, challenges, and gains in the process of learning and practice, reflecting the important influence of internship experience on personal abilities and attitudes. Through four months of frontline internship, I have connected theoretical knowledge from textbooks with practical operations, exercised and improved my professional skills, gained profound understanding and experience in teamwork, communication and coordination, experienced the joy of growth and the value of self realization, corrected my attitude and mindset, and laid a foundation for my future career.

After the meeting, I strolled through the Ming Dynasty Governor General's Office in Guangdong and Guangxi, exploring the rich historical and cultural heritage of Wuzhou, and gaining insight into the essence of Yangming's philosophy of integrating knowledge and action.

The past six months have been a half year of struggle and struggle intertwined. Faced with various complex situations and challenges, the team, with rich experience and tenacious perseverance, has successfully overcome difficulties time and time again, delivering satisfactory answers to customers, fully demonstrating the professionalism and responsibility of Junhong people.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, opportunities and challenges coexist.
