New employee training

In March, the spring breeze is warm, and it is the right time to forge ahead. Junhong Foundation welcomes 5 college students for enrollment. In order to promote new employees to better adapt to the work environment, quickly switch roles, and integrate into the company's development atmosphere, a 6-day onboarding training was conducted from March 2nd to 7th, 2023 in the conference room on the 21st floor of the company.

This onboarding training mainly focused on the company's cultural background, development history, relevant rules and regulations, employee career development channels, employee compensation and benefits, professional knowledge and skills, etc., enabling everyone to have a comprehensive understanding of the center's overview, relevant systems, work processes, and job responsibilities undertaken, allowing new employees to fully feel their responsibilities and missions, and helping them adapt to their new positions as soon as possible.
