Strengthen enterprise training and comprehensively improve team quality

In 2019, the company proposed to comprehensively carry out enterprise training and designated 2019 as the year of enterprise training. The annual training plan combines training needs, training targets, training organization management, and other aspects to develop management training plans such as "Setting Sail", engineering management department training plans, and market operation center training plans. As of the end of May, the company has successively held training on management awareness for middle-level managers, art of criticism and praise, moral education, core corporate culture, employee courtesy and etiquette, analysis and response strategies of the Judicial Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People's Court for Construction Projects, special training on safety and quality supervision content and precautions for the High tech Zone Quality Supervision Station, training on site survey reports and pile foundation bearing capacity calculation, professional knowledge training for project departments, and various safety education and training.
