Project Manager Quality Expansion Training

In 2019, the company further strengthened project management and established a business unit system, with the project manager level team expanding its personnel. The project manager level, as the most important level in company project management, involves various aspects such as project construction, management, safety, quality, settlement and payment collection. In order to better build a project manager team, strengthen communication and enhance team cohesion, the company has gathered project managers for quality training. I hope to strengthen team awareness, enhance sense of belonging, and establish high-quality communication through expansion training (military training, team games). Under the overall strategic command of the company, the project manager team works together to complete the company's tasks and goals. Through team games such as finger pressure board, crossing the power grid, and battling the battlefield, the project manager's role awareness and mission have been strengthened through group collaboration, enhancing proactive communication and coordination awareness.
